The email tells your customer you changed banks. You did not.

We handle the office behind the job site, from the account controls your payment checks depend on to the files the field needs. When nobody will say which system let that email through, we go and find out.

Ask one IT question

We work for you.

Our managed IT has no long-term contract and no onboarding fee, and clients stay for decades anyway.

Our clients' systems are watched around the clock by a staffed security operations center, every day of the year. Very few IT companies offer that to a small business, and we do.

We do not advertise and we do not do hard sells. Almost every client has been with us more than ten years. Most have been with us about twenty.

We resell nothing and take no vendor commissions, so nobody pays us to recommend their product.

Within our scope, we document the domains and administrative accounts your business controls. That documentation is yours whenever you want a copy, including when you leave.

A familiar name gets read fast

The inside of a jobsite office trailer: a set of drawings unrolled on a scuffed work table under a hard hat and tape measure, a laptop and a two-way radio beside them, and a printer on a crate below.

An email that reads correctly, acted on once, can send a progress payment to the wrong account.

A North Carolina university paid more than $1.9 million to criminals impersonating the contractor on an active project. They used a lookalike domain and an address resembling an employee's, according to the US Department of Justice.

Your customer can be told to redirect money it owes you. It can go unnoticed until you ask why the invoice is still unpaid. By then recovery is difficult and not assured.

Your procedures decide what gets paid

NetDiligence's 2025 study counted 548 construction cyber claims from incidents in 2020 through 2024. Ransomware accounted for 246 and business email compromise for 176. These were claims from participating insurers, not a count of all construction attacks.

We can harden email against impersonation, set up the account controls your payment checks depend on, and monitor accounts and administrative access. Your accounts-payable process decides whether the vendor, invoice and changed bank account are legitimate. No IT company can promise your office will never fall for a payment scam.

If a payment is already suspect, contact the originating bank now. We can help preserve the evidence and get the right information to your bank. We cannot recover money that has already moved; recovery depends on the bank and, if needed, law enforcement.

The job is the same. The records disagree.

You may still call it Timberline. Sage calls it Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Autodesk Construction Cloud joined Autodesk Forma in March 2026. Knowing the current name helps when you need the right support desk.

The accounting system, project platform, drawing repository and subcontractor portal can each hold a different version of the same job. A connector can fail quietly while the field crew and office keep trusting different copies.

When software companies point at each other, we make both calls and tell you what we find. We can also test whether the office and field can reach the same current file.

If the only current drawing is on an unsynced laptop, the office is stuck when a bid or dispute needs it. Field photos on a phone belong in the recovery conversation too.

A green backup checkmark says the software ran. It does not prove the files, accounting data and project platform can come back together, in the order the office needs them.

Ask before the next payment-change email lands

Ask us anything. One IT question, answered straight, no charge and no pitch.

Could a changed bank account get approved on an email alone? Ask us that before the next progress payment.

Do you already have someone doing your IT? Ask anyway. If they have it handled, that is what you will hear.
